The Production Line
We are delivering hole production lines. Starting with a uncut EPS foam Block of 15 kg/m3 density. Up to a moulded, decorated and even colored ceiling tile. A typicall production line contains 4 steps.
STEP 1
Produce or buy a dry EPS foam block of 15-20 kg/m3 with a size of 51x101x63 cm or for large format 62x123x63 cm.
STEP 2
Block-cutting in slices (standard thickness 7 mm) Thickness is changeable (hot wire-cutting). Therefore use machine model 12/12.
STEP 3
Block cut into the perfect end-size. Two piles size changeable (up to 140 cm high piles are possible). Therefore use model 14/1.
STEP 4
Your product is moulded within 3 seconds per ceiling tile (machine model 03/2000).
Many decors are avaiable, own decors are welcome.
ADDITIONAL
For colored ceiling tiles, our machine model 5000 is the solution for one color decor screenprinting.
